If you take advantage of the current $50 Garmin Colorado rebate and the $20 REI discount (use code HOLIDAY8 through December 11th) the Colorado 400t will only set you back $280 and the Colorado 300 comes in just above two bills at $210.   With REI you might need to pay sales tax, but given their excellent return policy it is hard to ignore this type of bargain.

Note the $20 REI discount does not seem to have the usual GPS exclusion which also makes it available on the new DeLorme Earthmate PN-40 (which also has a $50 DeLorme rebate) and the Garmin Oregon.
