		<description>Thanks for the update. It looks like Garmin is holding off on these two units until after the holidays.  I wonder if the 450/450t will have the same screen as the 550/550t or something better?  Honestly, the 550/550t visibility is probably only about 10-15% better than the 300/400.  The only difference between the two is the protective plastic cover (the part you touch) over the screen itself.  The x50 and x00 screen is identical.

Garmin has acknowledge that the Colorado 300, and the Oregon 300 and the 400T have a poor quality screen that they improved in the 550 and 550T series. And this is why they have discontinued these units

And from now on, they seem that a new screen is coming in these units, besides the 3D compass..</description>
