I noticed this new form fitting case for the Colorado today on Amazon. It is made by a company called Foarm which advertises the case as “military grade” with the following features:

  • A semi-rigid ‘Special Ops Black’ Textured-Rubber-Skin provides tactile hand grip.
  • Fits the GPS unit precisely and recesses the Nav Wheel to prevent unwanted inputs. Fully washable
  • Touch-Screen becomes deeply recessed for added protection. Removable Metal Belt Clip, Adjustable Neck Lanyard and Safety Clip.
  • Use ‘in-the-case’ – Access to ALL buttons. Access to Battery Door in 3 seconds! A nearly indestructible case, yet lightweight – 2oz.

Sounds great especially considering that there are no other Colorado cases on when the unit is being used. The one review on Amazon was positive, does any one else have experience with the Foarm cases?

Amazon notes that a similar case is being made available for the Oregon.
