GPSFix is a creation of Scott Dresser, g-o-cashers on many of the GPS forums. This site and the Garmin Colorado and Oregon wikis were created to help GPS users understand their complex and sometimes confusing GPS devices.

Scott is an avid hiker, geocacher, cyclist and SCUBA diver and enjoys the intersection of location-based technologies and his outdoor interests. When he’s not busy with his career in high tech or coaching his three kids he’s usually trying to find his way out of the woods with his latest gadget and yellow lab Hoover.
